Effective Date: July 14, 2026
Love Management, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates All In Passport and this website (the "Site"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and the rights you may have under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).
This Policy describes our practices. Where the law requires your consent before we process certain data, we rely on that consent — not on your mere use of the Site.
We collect a limited set of personal data:
Sensitive data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as defined by applicable law (such as precise geolocation or government identifiers). If we ever needed to, we would obtain your consent first. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (see Section 12).
We use personal data to respond to your inquiries and manage reservation and private-events requests; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to send you updates if you have asked to receive them; to understand how the Site is used; to protect against fraud and secure the Site; and to comply with legal obligations. We limit our collection and use to what is reasonably necessary for these disclosed purposes.
We use the following analytics technologies to understand and improve the Site:
Strictly necessary cookies are also used to make the Site work.
Your controls. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and you can control Google ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings. Where we offer a cookie-preference tool on the Site, you can use it to manage non-essential cookies. Where we are able to honor a recognized browser opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will treat it accordingly.
We may promote All In Passport through paid digital advertising, which may include Google Ads and advertising on other platforms. We use analytics and conversion measurement to understand how our advertising performs.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not process your personal data for "targeted advertising," and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the TDPSA and CCPA — meaning we do not use your activity across other, unaffiliated websites to serve you ads. You can control how Google personalizes ads to you through Google's Ads Settings.
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a portable copy of data you provided; and opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. (Offering updates, rewards, or promotions you choose to join is not discrimination.)
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by email to website@cheftimlove.com, or through the contact form on our Site. We will not require you to create an account. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you). Requests are free up to twice per year. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization.
Appeals. If we decline your request, we will explain why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email website@cheftimlove.com. We will respond within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General through the Office of the Attorney General's consumer-protection website, or to your state attorney general.
Texas residents (TDPSA). You have the rights described above. As defined under the TDPSA, we have not sold your personal data, have not processed it for targeted advertising, and have not used it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Use the methods above to exercise your rights and appeals.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. The categories of personal data we collect, our purposes, and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 2, 4, and 7. We do not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal data of California residents, and we do not use sensitive personal data for purposes that would trigger a right to limit it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent.
Residents of other states. Many U.S. states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws granting similar rights. If you reside in one of these states, you may exercise the applicable rights using the methods above.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing website@cheftimlove.com. We may still send messages related to your specific inquiries.
The Site links to third-party websites and services (including reservation, ticketing, and social-media platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing personal data.
The Site is intended for a general, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and such data is treated as sensitive under Texas law. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email website@cheftimlove.com and we will delete it. Where applicable, we do not sell or share the personal data of consumers under 16 without the consent required by law.
The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate.
